Maybe the memory card is based on a file system that's not compatible with what your phone can read.
Move the contents of the memory card and format the card on your computer, that should fix it.

Hello AE shoppers. Who's had an experience with this before? I was ordering an item using my UBA naira mastercard, then when it got to the payment gateway redirection I was debited twice before an otp was sent to me. I entered the otp and got a balance not enough response from AliExpress (meaning I would've been charged a third time). In all this, the order still remained in the unpaid category. I've contacted bank and those ones are telling me to correspond with AliExpress first before they can initiate a "charge back" process.

Just act like you're paying for the order like you normally do, it'll not work and it'll show up in unpaid orders and that's where the seller will be able to adjust the price for only you

The conversion rate Aliexpress uses is the official dollar to naira rate and its almost in possible to get dollar at official rate these days.

So my advice for you is multiply the price in dollar with the current black market rate.


Although some bank card allow up to $100 transaction

I faced the exact thing yesterday. I tried ordering for an item, uba debited me even b4 it got to the point of otp, only for me to input the otp they sent me and I got insufficient balance error, and it is showing as unpaid, while my bank is yet to send me the money back, I chatted them up, they are yet to reply me

Screenshot the order details and send to their cc via email as evidence that it's not a successful transaction, else, they may not reverse it.

Contact loads of sellers. I'm now an expert in hearing "No, we can't do that." Immediately a seller say this, I move to the next seller. No time to delay. The last split
payment I did I contacted 8 sellers, who turned down the offer, before one agreed. I don't even try to convince the one that said no, I just read their reply and continue with other sellers
