Me too dey use A52 since October last year.
A52 different from A30 wella. Still the A30 was a beautiful device. Though mine has a blank screen & I don't have money to change it yet.
Can I update it (Galaxy A30) to Android 13?

No, last update for a30 is android 11, it went from 9. Except you check online for custom versions, like in xda developer
