I'm quiting my job and starting a poultry farm with 400k. Broiler specifically, to raise for two months and sell but scared if I would be able to survive for that two months with just 400k with me.. cooperative stuffs actually, I will have to pay some certain amount back every month... Your opinion on this please nairalands...

I work where they smoke fish and I work as a manager... My boss only rear noiler.. but I want to go into broiler, thinking of buying 100

If you have ever ventured into poultry, I will advise you stock 100...but on the other hand, 50 should do..

Good feed should be nothing less than 7k5

100 birds should eat 15 bags for 2month max..

A bird is 800

800*100=80k
7500×15=112,500

You are gonna buy antibiotics, booster and some miscellaneous to about 20k
