I used Access Bank ATM card to withdraw N10000 for UBA ATM. The money did not drop from the ATM but my account was deducted 0f N10000. I was told to wait 24hrs. After 24hrs, no refund, I went to Access Bank Customer Care to make a complain. It is now 2 weeks after , the money is not refunded and the banks staff are just making me to shuffle between Access and UBA daily without any tangible resolution. please what advice can you give me to help recover the money. Thanks. |

The money is hanging in their server.If you be big boy and a gentleman just forget it.But if you be rugged enter the bank and cause a scene.Banks will not send 1k into your account in error and leave it for you.They will call the police and charge you for fraud if you do anyhow. It seems banks are now the new yahoo boys. |
