I for like this kind person as tenant oo

Sometimes, it's cheaper to remodel an old house that's in a good location especially if the rent is relatively small. Also, old houses have bigger rooms.

Older houses have landlords with small fear of God so the rooms are much bigger and house spacious.

could be so many reasons, you know how Lagos is na imagine paying for one small rabbit room with an exorbitant rent, no matter how good the room is, you wouldn't want to pay, cos you won't even breathe well in that kind of room, but if you can find a house with big rooms and perhaps the location is not far from your place of work then why not?

There are a lot of reasons for this. The place may be close to your work place, could have security, constant light, and then the only issue is the quality of the apartment which in this case you can modify to your taste whereas you can do little or nothing about the aforementioned oddities

I can never put tiles or renovate another person's house.

My parents didn't put tiles where they rented but they have tiles and all other fittings in their own house.

These lagos landlord can be heartless at times

I made some mistakes (financial mistakes) and it affected me in some ways...

Things are very rough with me and the moment, I had to collect advance payment from my place of work to settle someone that gave me loan for business that didn't go well..

The story is actually long, but all I'm asking for at the moment is food items ma, haven't eaten anything for the past 2 days...
