I bought a UK used s21, apparently its ATnT locked initially but got unlocked
One thing I noticed is that I can't change the network mode (4g, 5g, 3g) it's stuck on 5g
And also there's no Data Toggle on the status bar, I have to go to settings to switch on data
And I can't find the latest OneUI 4 update on it

Any help please

ok let me make this as brief as possible, I'll just go ahead and assume you know about usb debugging and Adb commands.

Open CMD and type

Settings get secure sysui_qs_tiles

Then copy everything that shows, These are names of the icon on your status bar quick shortcut

After copying them, type the command again but this time use;

settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles

Then paste that list you copied and add Mobile data at the end
Like this;

settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles "The list you copied, MobileData"

And press enter, That's all.

To switch between 2g 3g 4g and 5g
Open dialer type in
*#197328640#
Or
*#0011#
And look for the option there

Reset factory settings Then try again. Make sure the network is very strong and no interruptions.

By the way, are you getting the MTN 5G network on your phone?

Yea im getting it even tho its not that strong it usually btw 5g and 4G LTE

Please Did it unlock automatically by itself or you Paid to unlock it Wanna look at the price range of unlocking T-mobile
Also can I update to the latest os even with it been locked without issues

Its a UK used so it's unlocked when you buy it
And no you cant update to the latest OS directly

You have to flash the latest OS to it

Let me tell you what to do.
I don't know how tech inclined you are.
Google how to install Unlocked firmware on S21.
Then the phone will be like a normal S21 without network bloatware and stuff.

Apparently the firmware i flashed was still for AT&T
When i have data subscription again
Will get the international version
