Take this with a grain of salt but in all our verification exercises, nobody has really looked at the cgpa side. I don't think the people verifying are aware of the clause. I know some people that have done verification without results because theirs wasn't ready. I'd say don't worry. As long as its a 2.1

The reason I'm asking it that my brother's money is in my account..hope it won't affect my chance of receiving payment..they might think I'm the owner of the money.

They use it to check the number of times you've been paid. Formerly, it was an individual sending the money to us but now it seems like it's coming straight from the ministry. The description of the alert has changed.

There's no way they would know how much is in your Bank account.

Nobody cares about the balance. The statement is just to ascertain how many times you've been paid and the outstanding payments if any.
