After they will say Buhari is the best thing that happened to South East. Yaradua would have done much more beta if not for health reasons which the fulani always play their weird political gimmicks. If a Dam have been created and sealed , water ways will run only through the river banks and escape through the river Niger. Okowa is a nonentity because Asaba which is the capital is flooded too and he have never visited Anambra state which is his closest allies to spearhead the waterlog affecting this zones.

What of if this people are now leaving beside sea like Lekki and gbadagri they would have long been berry

And this same useless people from God forsaken IPOB republic are the one calling Lagos slum

Not everywhere is meant to be used for houses.

This area should have been reserved for farming especially if it's a yearly occurrence.

At least that's what I noticed in Delta State. The places that get flooded when the rains are much are reserved for farming and the lands are usually very fertile.

For 23 years since democracy, this region has had very incompetent governors. They rather blame FG for all their misfortune.

Those of you writing long grammars, the flood is avoidable if only we build on the right places ..

Anam people witness flood almost every year, so that's to show you the area belongs to flood.

We have several untapped dry land, people should move there, leaving flood prone areas for short term farms

Stop talking nonesense. Flooding of the Niger Which occur almost every 10 years is a national emergency matter. The great Niger river is a federal water way
