She was booed because she recently advertized a fake crypto currency that saw people loose millons of dollars and was sued by the SEC, and she never showed any remorse or apologized. All she did was got her lawyers to pay off the debts and that was it.
She never really acknowledged her fans for it and they have simply returned the favor.
