Osinbajo would have performed better than Muoghalu....the 8 years spent as key member of government gives him an edge over Muoghalu....to be honest, it takes time to stabilise things if elected leaders are coming from outside the government....

But Osibanjo is constitutionally in charge of the Nigerian economy, and he has really performed woefully. GEJ's administration has proven to be head and shoulders above Buhari-Osibanjo government

There is no way Osibanjo will be in the same level as Muoghalu, who has led a number of UN missions to work on different countries, and also was a high ranking personality in the CBN.

He is also educationally of better stock than Osibanjo also. One thing is for sure. If Moghalu was the vice to Buhari and the head of the economic wellbeing of the nation as the VP, Nigerian economy will definitely not be in its current deplorable position.

I prefer Moghalu over both Obi and Osibanjo, to be honest with you.

I never said humility equated good governance, going by the HDI, he did pretty well as governor during his time compared to most governors in Nigeria. So he is competent too.

It is illegal for a sitting governor to move without security especially after the kidnapping of Ngige pre-Obi administration. It is even an impeachable offence that the HOA members and Uba dynasty would have used to kick out Obi.

However, records have it that Gov Peter Obi had the smallest convoy and leanest security detail in the history of this country as governor.

I don't know whether you can afford to fly local but I started running into Peter Obi carrying his bag at airports as far back as 12yrs ago!
