Apparently every single ship that goes into a port must be approved by the navy, and due to GPS and radar technology its impossible for a ship big enough to store oil to go into a port without being noticed.

This means that the people who are stealing the oil must be working with the highest members of the goverment......

What is unverifiable?

That it's practically impossible for big Oil tankers to come into Nigeria and lift oil while we have thousands of people in The Navy and DSS and other agencies? That ships are tracked and their destinations known? You think we are all as daft as you?
The ministry of petroleum is the ones looting and siphoning Oil.
The head of that Ministry is Buhari! Essentially, Buhari and his goons are the one responsible for Oil theft in Nigeria today! That was how Abacha made his billions that are being repatriated by the way!

It's not a coincidence that Oil theft in Nigeria started in the 70s after Buhari was appointed the petroleum secretary and has now gone out of hand these past 8 years as the Buhari appointed himself the illegal Minister of Petroleum!

His talk is revolutionary against himself and past federal government heads. He cant claim any innocent here, he was a senior SA to Jonathan. DSS should do their job in arresting him and make public on what he knows especially in Jonathan/Maduekwe oil management.

Even if it's one Naval officer that is involved then yes the government is stealing. This is because the Naval officer represents the government in the waterways.

No one makes such connections to pipelines without the knowledge of the "government". No tanker loads crude without the knowledge of the "government".

Since Obi exposed the government as being responsible for oil theft they suddenly started making discoveries of illegal pipelines and destroying ships carrying stolen crude oil.

Peter Obi has not won yet he is already changing Nigeria.
