Lagos state was Condemned for not giving the original owners of the vehicles the right of First Refusal to buyback their vehicles or ask them to pay a fine and not for not destroying the seized vehicles

It will still find its way back to the creeks. Mind you, this vessel might actually belongs to a top govt functionary. That’s the major problem with Nigeria.
