My brother, they say if you leave a perfect gentleman on an island without blade for years, even he will look like a caveman at first sight.
A lot of Nigerians are angry and rightly so because they’ve been oppressed for a long time and now they see a chance for freedom, a chance for better living and so opposition isn’t just opposition, it is what stands in the way of their freedom; an enemy.

In my opinion, Tinubu’s and Atiku’s current image is too similar to the images that have been oppressing a section of the country and it triggers them.

Likewise Peter Obi’s image also threatens some people‘s daily bread, although it’s illegal daily bread but somehow even they worked hard for it but I think these set of people need to understand that it’s okay. They need to understand that Nigeria can feed everyone now. They don’t need daily bread, we can all have daily shawarmas.

To some extent, I agree with you.
But those presidential candidates who avoid media interviews are crooks who don't want their crimes to be exposed before them by questions.
The Labour Party now needs door to door campaign, less than media interviews by Obi and Datti.

Listen to that interview critically, all he did was derailing from simple question of 'what caused agitation' to figures, till you will be distracted.

Seun was even trying to bring the effect of military input but he won't listen till he tells you all his wrong figures of early 80s and other countries' growth rate

We are talking of what the problem is and proffering solutions and not what and who caused the problem.... I see that as propaganda, the same thing APC did to pdp (the greedy party) in 2015.

Let me tell you something.

There was something which Peter Obi did, and many people did not understand him.

Before the Campaign Periods,, he was going about letting the people know how fraudulent the current Government is.

Not that it cannot be fixed
But that the current Government are steadily and deliberately doing things very wrong.

And he would emphasize that he is going to be different.
That he will not be fraudulent.

He made sure that he never campaigned.

Now, we are in the campaign era.

He can now start selling some of his ideas.

There is nothing he is saying that the likes of Sowore, Moghalu or even a typical newspaper readers association member at Ikeja under bridge have not said over the years. We just love packaging. Obi didn't come from the moon, he was the governor of Anambra and he wasn't even outstanding there.
