Deliberate transformation and reorientation will do good to the NPF. However, the onus still lies on the citizenry, because in the end, the citizenry is the source of employment for the NPF. I wouldnt necessarily blame it on capitalism. We have other capitalist nations that run strong government parastatals(though no place is a 100%).

The judge accused the police of tampering with evidence (cash) naira, pounds, and dollars most of the monies were no longer complete.
