Deliberate transformation and reorientation will do good to the NPF. However, the onus still lies on the citizenry, because in the end, the citizenry is the source of employment for the NPF. Check other civil services and agencies, the same fraudulent approach to things. Everone is out to rip everyone. The only difference is they do not use arms.

We need to reorientate ourselves and downplay the importance of money is our culture.

I wouldnt necessarily blame it on capitalism. We have other capitalist nations that run strong government parastatals(though no place is a 100%).

Like I said the urge to feel superior is majorly a black man thing and he will do anything to remain so, because we have placed value on wealth rather than life.

Majority of the people in the police are thieves. If you guys read what the judge in seun egbegbe case said you will know that there’s no difference between a Nigerian police officer and an armed robber.

The judge accused the police of tampering with evidence (cash) naira, pounds, and dollars most of the monies were no longer complete.
