Just imagine your assertion, so the initial agreement that specifically contained Kogi state's 10% is what? Dangote in connivance with Some persons in power then amended the agreement transferring the 10% shares to Dangote, without the approval of the Kogi State House of Assembly!!!

Were is the evidence of the agreement? If they had it they would go straight to court and not resolve by the court of public opinion. Kogi State should get their own house in order by doing some serious investigation within.
