That was a "red flag" for me. I knew something was off! So the 4th guy i contacted here on this forum, i fixed a date and we both went there together.. I make sure the measurement was done RIGHT in front of me, me sef i carry calculator and the result, well i saved about 15 square metres for a job that is less than 100 square metre. Except for one of the pop guys, the other three had the same scope of work...After some other few experiences, i just concluded that you the "ABRODIANS" on this forum have spoil all this artisan for us, they want to cheat us the way they cheat YOU!

I think you may have paid into a "black hole" where payments are not monitored. I've looked into the site, though it's a commerce site where you can make payment, but the best approach to make a purchase is to contact the store closest to you and in your situation it is Abuja. Did you contact the Abuja store before making payment? What did they say?

Maybe go to the Abuja approved store to ask questions.

I admire Rotech works greatly, he's one of the few professionals who's not always scared of showing off his works because he's always proud of what he does. His attention to details while working is also something I love.

I've been following his works since and I've never witnessed a single complaint towards him.

We humans are not perfect especially when we are trying a design that is not yet common in this part of the world. I will fault him for how he communicates and I won't also fault him because he's an engineer and that is why big coys hire communication manager/customer care service that handles disputes better.


The Client has every right to be angry and I also apologize on his behalf, if there's any way possible for Him to make things better, kindly allow him to.


Lastly also, he's a professional but you were too harsh in your responses to him by calling him stupid and co, this is not even a matter of age or whatsoever, I was really not happy with how you kept repeating the word "STUPID" "STUPID" "I AM OLDER THAN YOU". Go for the work he did but not his age and his personality.
