I have 4Flats apartment worth 60m with annual rental payment of 4m. Please which bank fit grant me loan of 10m using my apartment as a collateral?

I don’t need more than 10m and I really don’t have any huge property in Lagos but thanks anyways.

what about Agbara area, Ogun state. Would you consider property there for loan?
