1.Lagos was a former Capital City of Nigeria just like Abuja today, most of the infrastructures you seeing was developmental projects of an FCT.done by the federal government, if Abuja become a state today can governor claim that he developed Abuja?
2.Lagos was designated as a Commercial hub of Africa, not only Nigeria, reason you see all corporates organizations have their headquarters in Lagos,, these corporations drive Labour demands commercial activities and auto beautification to Lagos, not a former governor effort.
3. Every imported goods and sometimes exported goods in the country must set their foots in Lagos and also pay taxes in there first, reason Lagos generates highest IGR.
4. The strategic location of Lagos state ( proximity to Atlantic ocean) make it unique for seaports and Cargoes, best suited for heavy equipment transportations.

Lagos can exist as country and can do far better than what it is today if not because of Tinubu bottleneck effect.
You should tell us exactly what Tinubu himself executed as projects when he was a governor compare with IGR that was generated.

You will understand this when another party other than Tinubu imposed party rule Lagos state.
