N3TRAL:God bless you that's the major reason why Lagos is developing, look at ogun state for example the akute bridge the amosun did its over 60percent but the present gov would not complete it ,continuity is why Lagos is progressing and that's the legacy of tinubu haters would not admit |

If this one get up to 10 votes, he should be declared the winner. Labour Party are more concerned about the presidency. |

Koralords:Yet, both Amosun and Dapo are supposedly from same party. In America, once you fail to deliver, you're off and most likely, your party. That is where real development is understood. Ambode was the new revelation of leadership. How he reduced the traffic in Lagos drastically, was magical. How he focused on people's oriented projects like the BRT parks, pedestrian Bridges and flyovers was mind-blowing. His ideas of new Lagos was a model yet to be seen, yet, he was removed for selfish interest How will a state develope this way. Four years down the line, Lagos is struggling to see true development. The traffic is back in higher fashion and the governor has the ticket to run for the second term We deserve better God bless Nigeria |

N3TRAL:That's the problem Govt has no business organising carnivals Top down doesn't work If it was profitable private sector would continue Under the administration of the current Governor, Cross River State is a ghost town during Decembers. There's no carnival and the towns are as dirty as any Nigerian town. Weed and rodents have taken over what used to be the destination of tourists in Nigeria. What he needed was free market capitalism Getting successors and a team to continue the long term plan of developing Lagos to the best city in Africa is what Tinubu got right.Tinubu got capitalists (refinery, airport mgt, link bridge, toll gate, shoprite, none is govt owned, why they're sustainable) You may ask why succession democracy doesn't have a place in North America and Western Europe but nations in those continents prosper. Those countries had systems built for more than 100 years before they could work. The system is called capitalism Feudalism did not work Neither did mercantilism Socialism has failed everywhere is has been tried That is why whether an American President is Democrat or Republican, he knows that he has a responsibility of fighting at least one foreign war before he leaves office because America profits through foreign domination.Which war did Trump fight? We are still in the process of building strong systems and institutions. Don't argue that anything will change soon because even Peter Obi which you portray as something new is bigger than Labour Party. That's a classical example of individuals being powerful than institutions and systems.Premium tears loading Nobody is bigger than a successful Party You should instead study the rise of the Emirates to understand how the succession of their monarchs helped them in achieving their goals or China to comprehend why there is the CCP.they embraced free market economie You just keep mentioning system system system yet you don't know what it is called ![]() |

Koralords:Are you marvelously stupid? Comparing Lagos to any state is like a one eyed man in the land of the blind. Lagos cannot in terms of infrastructure compete with Dakar, Johannesburg, Cape town and Cairo also Kigali and other key cities in Africa. Lagos in all standards is not developing, it is even among the least liveable cities in the world just better than war torn Damascus, which is so embarassing. If you have really travelled outside Nigeria, you will not even make this stupid statement. |

N3TRAL:What happened to Calabar/Cross Rivers and our country in general is what you get by failing to educate every child free with enough teachers employed. How can you do physical development without adequate human capital development? Na which kind sense be that ![]() Is it UAE/Dubai or China with its almost 1.5 billion people that do not provide free education for all their children? Why has Tinubu failed in this regard for Lagos since 1999 despite increasing IGR a whopping 83 times from the people's pockets, in addition to high oil prices federal allocation plus huge loans, even though he calls himself progressive heir to Awolowo's legacy? The same free education failure in the remaining 35 states. Noteworthy is that Atiku & Obasanjo established UBEC to provide federal support funds for the states to give free education for 9 years to all children. Furthermore, Awolowo and LOBOO governors did free education in the 1950s and the 1980s. Realdeals: MathsChic: pluto04:

N3TRAL:Hope you also know that after Duke left as guvnor of Cross River state, the state's revenue went down drastically as they lost 76 oil Wells to Akwa Ibom state. Hence most of the things Duke was able to do was challenging to be continued, with a limited revenue for his successors. |

N3TRAL:....and you said you were a kid during Donald Duke’s tenure and that should place your age somewhere around late 20’s or early 30’s. Wow, I am so impressed. The content that came out of you doesn’t reflect that age at all. You are smart, wise and superb intelligent. (This has nothing to do with Obi or Atiku or Tinubu... I am just admiring brain) |

Only thing I wanted to hear, he said it. Accommodation is a big problem here in Lagos yet the govt isn't doing anything about it. How can i be looking for a room and parlour self contain in mushin and I am expected to 600k plus 200k as agent and agreement fee making everything 800k for a substandard house yet I will still have to spend over 300k doing work in the house landlord is supposed to do. I used mushin as an example in places like ikeja, surulere, Festac even ajegunle the situation is worse. Housing is a big problem in Lagos and it must be looked into |
