How is he a thief/hardened criminal ? Was the TV blank when you bought it ,did you find out why it went blank ? 3months ?what if your light or usage caused it ? There are better ways of making complains than using derogatory words on people,if you are not satisfied as a customer its not enough to call him names though he is not a saint but sheet happens, its used electronics ,it may be the backlight and can be fixed ,Am not saying he is a saint but try making a civil complian not calling poeple unprintable names because you TV got bad
