I feel and don't think this is different from stamp concrete....the only difference is the colouring and sealant used..they are both made from concrete mix.

These are patterned precast concrete slabs. They are like the paving stones but bigger in size. They are made from weak concrete mix and laid like floor tiles.
They are mostly used for walkway construction.

While the stamped concrete is laid insitu and bigger in size, these are precast concrete in small size.

Is it more durable? Depends on where you are using it. For walkway , Yes it is. On the drive way. Only if the thickness is good enough for vechicular load.

Does it prevent grass growth ? Yes it does.

same 7m here too after roofing, including German floor, inckuding paarapet, excluding septic tank. 3bedroom ensuite

Things is so expensive now, don't think I would do parapet. Wanna complete this thing fast and focus on other important part of my life. Did septic too and 4 bed ensuite.

Most people do not precast the concrete for that design . They just do ordinary German floor and then manually create the pattern while the mix is still wet. Some would even add colors to it

Thank you for your suggestions. I did replastered the down part and I havent experienced it since I did. But the damp has risen above the replastered area.

I noticed the plaster is already weak too, I don't know if its because of the dampness or they managed materials for plastering.

Rising damp can't be stopped by plastering.
It's difficult to really get rid of it in as much it wasn't taken care of from the foundation.

Good evening house, recently i have been experiencing fluctuation in voltage supply and don't know what could have been the cause. My electrician got the value of 110V when he measured Voltage between neutral and earth. Does this value normal? Please help me out
