The first 3 months has 5 weeks of virtual before they proceed to the physical class at Lagos. After their own five weeks, another batch will start the virtual while the first batch proceed for physical, like that.

But I feel even at that, they should at least send a success mail so one's mind can be at resr

I’m not sure it’s like that oo. Those that received the mails were grouped into two again. Some will start with the virtual classroom learning + physical classroom for 3 months, while the other group will start with “on job training” in one of their branches. After 3 months the will both switch

The way they did it this time, some will go for training school while some will go for on the job training, Then vice versa you get.

Please those currently doing their ET or are at the Training school, how is it going? For the training school, how many hours a day does it last? What applications are you using? Has the stipend of 70k been paid already, or will it be afterwards?

For the Executive training, were you posted to branches of your choice? Have you resumed? What is your work description? How many hours a day do you have to work? Any dress code?

Do intimate us on these details and more you can spare. Thanks.

No you will not be posted to branches of your choice, forget that one. But if it too far you can Hala.

Work description is based on the department they post you to in the branch. If it’s customer service department that is what you will do.

Dress code, look sharp that’s all.

As for work hours is varies depending on the branch some 1pm some 4pm. Also resumption time varies as well.

But closure fit be 4pm but you go dey with your supervisor till 6pm dey work.

I heard that there would first be a virtual training, before on the job training... I was also told that there would be accommodation during the on the job training... How true is that?

There is no accommodation for any of the schemes? So, the aspect of being in Lagos for the training school for 3-4 weeks will be taken care of by me?

The wait is long....

well, i just felt waiting for 6months after receiving success mail before resumption to training for another 6months is a whole year of one's life successfully wasted. maybe they should've done better with the arrangements.
