I have been trying to get a good cream for my skin
So a lady told me about bismid
I was planning to get bismid body cream and face cream,with doctor teal bodywash

But I went to their ig page and saw people saying it gives stretch marks and stuffs
That their bodywash is better

Now if I buy the bismid bodywash which cream should I buy?
Would have chosen dr teal but it makes me sweat a lot and Nivea and Jergens makes me dark

How I combine my skincare is either lightening body wash +cool cream(that softens and makes skin glow)
Or cool body wash + lightening cream


Someone should recommend nice cream for me
Or maybe body oil

Let me give you my own recommendation:
For your wash, try dove body wash, or cottage fresh black soap, trust me these two work, but get the originals
For your face soap, get extra beauty herbal soap, it's pretty small and goes for 500-600 naira
For lotion, you can try the Dr teal vitamin c lotion or Nivea q10 lotion (also contain vitamin c), but when using during daytime, use with sunscreen, because vitamin c can react to sun and cause burns. For body oil, try bio oil or clear nature oil...

Remember to buy spf
Drteal vitamin c face serum

Try use palmers cocoa butter lotion, it works wonder and its dermatologies recommended and more it doesnt have any side effect
