A few days ago I was in a fix, not knowing what to prepare for dinner. I had some sweet potatoes and tomatoes, and decided to create a simple porridge meal which tasted very good. Listed below are the ingredients I used and video showing the steps followed.

INGREDIENTS
Sweet potatoes
vegetable oil
onions
paprika
Crayfish
seasoning and salt to taste
Fresh tomatoes
Smoked fish
Scent leave

Thank you for a simple potato dish recipe. It's always easier to look at visual cues than text cues. So your photos are useful. Actually, I rarely buy sweet potatoes since they seem like boiled carrots. But this recipe looks delicious. I think I saw a similar sweet potato recipe in quickezrecipes when I was looking for ideas for a simple dinner. I often have no ideas, so I cook easy soups, pizza or baked potatoes. Thant's why I started looking for recipes ideas on this site or forums. I think you'll appreciate them if you like vegetable dishes. But there are also meat ones, of course.
