For me, as it stands today, Atiku is still the candidate to beat because of his widespread support in the north as a northerner and PDP structure in southeast and southsouth.

Peter Obi will win in Southeast and southsouth with Atiku coming second, however the north will be where Atiku will deal with Peter Obi severally. If Peter can manage to break the North, he's really working towards that, forget it, no one will beat him.

Elections now are harder to rig, unless by vote buying. This will make it difficult for Tinubu to win a lot of states outside of his region.

Peter doesn't not need to win in the north, he only needs to be a convenient 3rd behind Tinubu and Atiku, he will win if he can achieve that because Peter obi will win the south by great margin.

I want to also add, If Peter Obi wins Kaduna and some North Central States, he has a very good chance of winning the election. If he demonstrates that he can win the south, some northern power brokers will likely back him at the run-off election if he's running against Atiku

There are strong sentiments in the north that the south should have the seat of power because with all the agitations and trouble and ethnic and religious clashes here and there across the country, it could threaten the unity of the country if that doesn't happen, because of the sentiments against a Fulani-dominated 16 year possible rule

No matter what Obi does, he will never win NW or NE. No need stressing himself

The results i gave below are his best bet and he can only try his best to come 1st in NC and improve on the likely 2nd position he enjoys as we speak.
