Igbos and chest beating.

See them shouting hardworking people as if only them are working hard.

Shouting hardworking as if other tribes are playing in Lagos.

Lagos got lots of super rich yoruba billionaires who don't make noise.

Unfortunately, most of the tribalist inciting Igbo against Yoruba and vice versa do not have shops and investment in Lagos.

I honestly do not think and support that the market be closed without clear path to peace. The traders and RTEAN are both wrong in my opinion but OP is right that the traders have more to lose.
Please let us live together in peace and respect one another. All those hate filled bigotted ipob terrorist group members hating on Yoruba do not represent the Igbo race. True Igbo loves and respect their Yoruba host and same with a true Omoluabi.

Ipob terrorists do not represent the igbo. It was ipob terrorists and not Igbo as a race that burnt down Lagos
You've spoken very well and reasonably too!

Invaders should know their boundaries or else, more of such markets will be closed in nearest future.

We will teach them a bitter lesson, we seems to be too accommodative.

From 2023, things will be redefined in Lagos.

We
all because they are not supporting tinubu if your candidate is good you don't need to force him down the throat of other tribes

Most agberos have side hustles so definitely they will go back there.

Hope that answers your question.

Tinubu supporters are now glorifying thuggery. The closure of the market shows they will always back thugs over hardworking people. Awolowo will be rolling in his grave. Thugs are now "The land owners" while hardworking people are "the tenants".

For your information, plenty of Yoruba traders also trade in Alaba, but according to Tinubu supporters they don't matter; they will only matter when they become agbero. Shameful. This is one of Tinubu's destructive legacies to Southwest. If you are Yoruba and hardworking, you don't matter: you are just a tenant. The only people who matter are the thugs who, according to Tinubu supporters, are your landlords. Tinubu and his supporters do not mean well for you.

In fact, they do not mean well for all of us. Think of the children.
Lagos government can't afford to lock that place for complete one week.

Why are people evil nowadays?
Very true.

There's no hate speech in real life, only on nairaland.

Let them demolish that market for ever and sell the land for Lebanese or China people. Flat headed people are criminals constituting neusance in Lagos.

If you think of the revenue Lagos state will loose closing down the market, you will not be saying off point

What kind of lessons do you think you want to teach that particular tribe that you are afraid of

They trade, make money that will sustain them incase that place is closed for a year

They plan themselves very well that's why they don't get broke

You will hardly see a nuisance from that tribe lazing about

They have targets that they aim to get and when they get it, they use it to develop your village

Any country that you can't find that tribe, don't have a viable economy

If you cant beat them, join them
