John 1:1 is in direct contravention of [url=https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Exodus%2020&version=NIV&interface=amp]Exodus 20:4[/url], as it makes the Word an Image of God and replaces that which God is written to have created in God's image. That said, Jesus, in stating the [url=https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Mark%2012%3A30-31&version=NIV&interface=amp]most important of all the commandments[/url] as "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these", is a reminder to you that you, and more especially your neighbours, are those one should serve, and there's nothing more humanist than that. 1 Like

YHWH is a name but GOD is a title. Just like saying in the Whitehouse was Buhari and Buhari was with the president and Buhari is a president. Of course he could be with either Clinton, Trump or Biden. One thing is certain: Buhari is also a president he could be in Whitehouse at a point in time but he's not the ruler of America! 1 Like |

elated177:There is no scripture that says "YHWH is with YHWH" because YHWH is one person not two. Go and read Psalms 110:1 There it is clear that YHWH told Jesus saying "sit at my right hand" perhaps YHWH was talking to Himself! 1 Like |

elated177:You would not understand what I'm saying, elated, no matter how much I try. The Word is as God as the finger is the moon, but many look at the finger and think it is the moon. It's why some of you bow down and worship a book instead of understanding what you read in the book. They tried it on Jesus too, but I so love his response.
