Machines are only as effective as the programmers. Data is only as valid as the integrity and to spoil all things, votes can be considered invalid and this is done through human input, so if the riggers truly wants Atiku or Tinubu to win, these loopholes can still alter the election. Until INEC is truly independent, it will always look suspicious!
