Rigging isnt only when you manupulate electoral figures. it is an electoral fraud and an interference with the election process. Somebody had a preferred candidate but you discouraged him by inducing him with cash in order to vote you or your candidate. Anything that can shortchange your opponent and reduce his/her vote is a form of Rigging

True but dont forget some of those induced wanted to vote for that candidate.when we talk of rigging,we mean result alterations,insider manipulations not vote buying which is a form of lobbying and a smaller form of rigging

How doe we now reconcile BVAS report different from BVAS machine reports as it happened in Osun? Why the DNA of child is different from that of his father? We need credible polls in 2023 without contradiction in BVAS analysis and BVAS machine reports.
