When there are challenging issues in any locality, be it security, the environment or others you see foreign governments issuing travel advisories detailing caution or at the extreme banning movement.

Why is the Nigerian government not issuing same with regards to these hotspots where recurring incidents of violence have taken place.

Even folks who do not live anywhere near there know that the Auchi axis has been a hot zone for a couple of years now and if the government had an advisory on that area the police escorts will have been in their right to refuse an order to escort a VIP there.

Same thing that happened with the Abuja-Kaduna train abductions. The area was hot for months prior and the government pretended that travellers were safe, playing Russian Roulette with the lives of citizens.

I thank God for sparing your life in this gruesome attack. Indeed no weapon formed against an innocent man shall prosper.
Also am sure with God those killers must face justice as that's the only thing that will rest the soul of those killed here.

However, I think you must reveal to the investigators the names of those you suspect. I don't expect you to mention them on social but you owe it to those innocent souls wasted to give a lead on what transpired in 2017 and names of the suspect to the relevant authorities.
