In 2013, Dufresne, the faith healer who said he could cure cancer, was one of the fatal victims of the plane crash in southeast Sedgwick County.
Dufresne was on his way to deliver one message at a church in Texas. He and his longtime pilot, Mitchell Morgan, the only ones in the plane, died in the crash.

4. Pastor Norman Tendis
Pastor Norman Tendis a German lutheran Pastor fatally lost his life alongside 156 other people after the crash of a Boeing in Bishoftu (Ethiopia).
Norman Tendis was in the plane to Nairobi, where he was planning to attend a United Nations conference. He was going to represent the positions of the World Council of Churches (WCC a global ecumenical organisation), as a member of its staff.
The Boeing 737 crashed minutes after taking off from Addis Ababa. The cause is still unknown.

5. Pastor Steve Wall
Pastor Wall was Senior Pastor of Lebenswasser Church in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. He also was influential in partnering with YouVersion to produce the first-ever complete Low German audio Bible.
