But on a norms, allocations awarded to Lagos is by far higher than those of Delta and Bayelsa.

grin grin grin
No be only Delta and Bayelsa, Abia and Enugu also.
Very useless government, both past and present.
In fact all of them.

Yeah, Lagos allocation is higher than them.
But FAAC allocation can't sustain them, they should look for means to attract investors.
Lagos is living and sustainable because of it's IGR, which brings more money to build infrastructures, more infrastructures means more investors, more investors will make the state going higher.

That's why each and everyday I Dey curse OGUN state governors (past and present). They don't even know the usefulness of having Lagos next to them.

Useless country.

Kikikiki...With all the lies, Lagos is ranked 171 out of 172 liveable cities in the world.

https://businessday.ng/news/article/lagos-ranked-171-out-of-172-liveable-cities-in-the-world-eiu/

This makes the city the second most unliveable city in the world and the worst in Africa. And even though most cities were added in the index, Lagos still maintained its previous second to the last position.
Lagos is the second most unliveable city in the world and many fools are still rushing to the same city from their stinking region. Why have you and your family could not borrow sense and move back to Anambra mini dubai. When you leave a liveable city like Anambra to unliveable city like Lagos, then that mean you are a fool and idiot

Based on what my APC friend said, he was a former SLG for mushin local govt, he always complained during Ambode's tenure that Ambode is not sharing money for them and I noticed the guy was most times always broke, he told us straight that Tinubu has agreed with them to remove Ambode because he is not coperating with them and it happened.

My family will not die, nothing bad will happen to any one of us, we will prosper with good health, happiness, joy, riches, wealth, peace of mind, and prosper on every side and most of all, we will all make heaven in Jesus name, Amen...
See maturity! To be honest I was shocked when that guy included that curse in his post.

The same Ambode abandoned this project.
Yes, because the cost was over inflated by Lagos state government (PREVIOUS GOVT) to almost 10 times the actual amount and you expect him continue with it, you now see part of the reason Tinubu had to remove him to put someone who will do his bidding, please read the article below before coming back to argue...

CEO, yet they are owned by Americans
I don't know why you are all absolutist in a world that is nuanced. You are given trends and indicators and you keep looking for holes to poke. You cannot establish your own but you seek to destroy others and your criticism becomes your expertise.

It doesn't matter that the companies are owned by Americans what is important is that the world recognises that good can come from dehli's dusty streets. The PM of the UK and his wife UK are richer than the Royal family and yet their wealth was made in India.

Until you stop fawning at the altar of standards created by foreigners you can't make progress.

Livability my foot!

If you're not from Lagos state, kindly hold your state gov responsible!

With huge IGR,VAT,Federal Allocation, Security Votes etc....seem a whole lot of them are useless! Your criticism of Lagos will only spur the state to a higher level!

Good development from Sanwo-Eko!

Lagos has not been a state to compare to other states when it comes to development and infrastructures. Bros, come Abia. Osisioma flyover is the only flyover in the whole of Aba as a whole, the day it was commissioned as of early September, the government felt like they've done the greatest projects of all time.....

The noise on this blue rail line is getting too much, can they just finish the work and let people start enjoying the service, it is like the project is now been used as a campaign tool instead of serving the people, this is one reason I preferred Ambode's government, he doesn't make noise with projects, you just see the project done without media hype and ceremonies.

Ambode is still the best Lagos governor since 1999 - but Tinubu removed him because Tinubu wanted to steal more for himself and his cronies
