May God forgive you for this nonsense talk.
During the time of Ambode, Lagos was so dirty and the roads are getting worse by the day, Local government aren't functioning . I can tell you for a fact that if Ambode had won the primary, PDP would be in power by now.

True Lagosians knows this.

I have friends in Lagos APC, I know how Lagos is run by Tinubu...

https://businessday.ng/news/article/lagos-ranked-171-out-of-172-liveable-cities-in-the-world-eiu/

This makes the city the second most unliveable city in the world and the worst in Africa. And even though most cities were added in the index, Lagos still maintained its previous second to the last position.

How about the revenues of DELTA, AKWAIBOM, BAYELSA, RIVERS

apart from rivers and Akwaibom.

What is bayelsa with 9 local governments doing with her revenue?

And delta? State with highest producer of petroleum.

Where's the mono rail proposed by ameachi during his tenure as rivers governor?

These states ought to be competing with Lagos, Ogun, Kaduna, Kano, Oyo and Anambra.

All these above states ain't oil producing states
Lagos is unique because it receives virtually all goods coming into Nigeria and we are a raw material exporting and import based economy.

yes there is progress in infrastructure but when you compare with the debt, the media hype now is too much compared to the development, if you match that with Ambode's time, the difference is clear...

I don't know why you are all absolutist in a world that is nuanced. You are given trends and indicators and you keep looking for holes to poke. You cannot establish your own but you seek to destroy others and your criticism becomes your expertise.

It doesn't matter that the companies are owned by Americans what is important is that the world recognises that good can come from dehli's dusty streets. The PM of the UK and his wife UK are richer than the Royal family and yet their wealth was made in India.

Until you stop fawning at the altar of standards created by foreigners you can't make progress.

Livability my foot!

Are the Royal family rich??
People that live of taxes,
Top 50 people in the UK , you won't see any Royal family member..
Am not disputing that the India's are not trying..

Yes, because the cost was over inflated by Lagos state government (PREVIOUS GOVT) to almost 10 times the actual amount and you expect him continue with it, you now see part of the reason Tinubu had to remove him to put someone who will do his bidding, please read the article below before coming back to argue...

https://nigeriaworldtoday.com/lagos-state-2009-grand-embezzlement-that-will-shock-you-video/?doing_wp_cron=1666527084.3800380229949951171875

Because it was inflated means Ambode should abandon a project that was about 70% completed, right?

The noise on this blue rail line is getting too much, can they just finish the work and let people start enjoying the service, it is like the project is now been used as a campaign tool instead of serving the people, this is one reason I preferred Ambode's government, he doesn't make noise with projects, you just see the project done without media hype and ceremonies.

Ambode is still the best Lagos governor since 1999 - but Tinubu removed him because Tinubu wanted to steal more for himself and his cronies

Yes, he has every right to do that and even stop the entire project and start an investigation on it because of the corruption involved in it, it happens abroad, he will only continue when all the necessary changes have been made and refunds of stolen proceeds returned with prosecution for indicted officials, if it happens abroad why can't it happen in Nigeria, but yet we all claim we want a Nigeria that is as fine AMERICA or Finer self, it starts with accountability. ...

Oga! Ambode had no moral justification to abandon the project he used for campaign.

Ambode didn't do all these. He just deliberately abandoned the projects of predecessor.

I think it's because of population explosion. Majority of our brothers in the south east have practically relocated to Lagos.
