After the horrendous reign of Chimaroke, Sullivan came and continued with the masterplan of the Coal City to his last days in office but Gburugburu? , that man came and jettisoned the masterplan entirely and started his own rural development masterplan which only covered few rural communities



In my humble opinion below are the best Secretariates in descending order...

Though I don't support his insults on the governor, but I noticed that you Tinubu supporters like to support Igbo politicians that steal and are wicked to the Igbos like Rochas, Orji Uzor, Chimaroke, Uzodinma and Co, and now hate people like Peter Obi, Soludo, Okonjo and Co, why?

Inferiority complex from IPOBs. Biafra or death will resume in 2023 and una go soon blow everything away. shebi una no wan get sense. SW choose their battle grounds wisely.

This was Sullivan Chime project along GRA/New Market road. But this current tozo that calls himself governor has finished my darling state with embezzlement

I passed there some weeks ago....the state at which that building is not something one can write home about.(grasses and dirt everywhere)

No maintenance whatsoever...the current governor of Enugu state for the past 7years plus is busy embezzling the public funds without anything to show off.

That project was initiated and was near completion by the immediate past governor of Enugu State in the person of Sullivan Chime..

Ugwuanyi assumed office and abandoned important projects....the only thing he is good at is eating ofe onugbo in different occasions.

Enugu too fine to sweet and too suitable to live in, the city is now almost overcrowded from reports, everyone is investing there, the real Estate boom there is unprecedented, God bless Sullivan chime for his magical touch, Ifeanyi tried his best, Warning : iPob touts and hoodlums are treated with brutal force in this city, please relocate to ghetto states like Abia and anambra
