ecolime: A full time politician, not even a business man yet he has cases of N1.2b against him, receiving another $5 million from Obanikoro. EFCC accuses him of buying a N1B property in V.I amongst other crazy figures. How much is the whole Ekiti sef? 2 Likes |

He probably bribed the judge in advance plus other mobilization fees. Always collect your money upfront. Never trust a politician.... |

sandali: SAN charge more than that. Some governors were charged millions of dollars for their case by their SAN lawyers. Many senior lawyers are stinkingly rich. |

michlins: No, he did not make Fayose the governor. The people of Ekiti state made Fayose the governor when they voted for him. The lawyer helped Fayose secure his win through the courts. He charged the initial 50 million, but was not paid. He charged the second, third, up till the eighteenth, while serving at the same time as the AG. The man was enjoying the best of two worlds. He enjoyed his public job with Fayose and yet used the advantage to charge a total of 900M. As we all know, Fayose is no longer in power. He does not hold any political office. His state is controlled by APC. How will he raise 900M, with the EFCC case hanging on his head? Certainly things fell apart between them and it must be political. Maybe he wanted Fayose to help him become the governor. 1 Like |

Mark my word. He will soon endorse TInubu. In return TInubu will promise to use tax payer's money and our national resource to help him stay afloat. THis is why we don't need people like TInubu in goernance |

FreeStuffsNG:You talk a lot of shite and you say it with so many veins. Did the lawyer put a gun to Fayose's head while signing the agreement? Or did a court rule that he is the only lawyer Fayose is allowed to engage? While you're wailing over 900m at 50m per case, what will you do to Ned Nwoko who got $268m for the Paris refund case? Don't project your poor self-appraisal on others. There are those who put a premium on their intellectual property and maximize its profitability. |

Angel55555: The money might already have left state accounts but was diverted elsewhere by the erstwhile governor. Bill padding is a great way to extract money from the government treasury. Extract and divide. Only the two parties in question know what they are actually fighting over and none of them dare tell. |
