My thoughts too, they are just trying to restore confidence in their supporters. 5 governors are in talks and you can't name them but the ones in pdp that are romancing other parties even a toddler can name them.
PDP has lost this election even before the word go as there are just many odds against them including obi factor.

yes, my brother, it seems tinubu stubbornness and the fact that he is always labeled the kingmaker and all those shit made him believe he can get away with many things. normally when obi emerged as a candidate and saw the kind of support obi was getting, i believe he should have discussed with his governors how to embrace the ibos in the southwest but stupidly he and his wife and online supporters started abusing ibos, and this pushed the ibos to now finally embrace their son.
Atiku on the other hand is not looking to win southwest states 100%, he only wants to break the votes there, trust me, bros, people will be shocked by the presidential results in Lagos, Oyo state. obi will give a very very good showing and an impressive one. if tinubu wants to secure the southwest then he will be in for another shocker because political vultures are lurking around just waiting for him to lose before they swing on him and attack him politically . he has lost Oyo state, he has lost Osun state and even in Lagos state many APC members are beginning to clamor for change that they won't always want to be following his orders. losing a key ally like aregbesola who is very powerful in alimosho speaks volumes.

when the south refused to allow northerners to rule in 2011 heaven did not fall, the same way north will rule in 2023 and nothing will happen.
The north beg the south to allow a northerner to complete the remaining four years of Yaradua in 2011 but the south say no no no. Now the north will use their population to vote for Atiku.

Wike is fighting him and has secretly resolved to work for a Tinubu win. Makinde, leader of a PDP State, is determined to back Tinubu.

The North, through arrogant born-to-rule elements like Atiku, are so insensitive they fail to understand the very toxic anger of Southern leaders at the thought of Atiiku replacing Buhari.

Wike showed the mood of the South, after losing PDP primaries, when he ominously declared "I cannot be a slave in my own Country".

What he meant was that Atiku and the North were wrong to contest PDP ticket and use Machiavellian means to win it.

Once the power shift dynamics changes, with an Atiku win, it is for everyone to attempt to depart the Nigerian ship. Mark that down. Southerners backing Atiku are slaves and sadists.

The North has had 8 unbroken years in charge. With Yar Adua's three years, then that is 11 years in a 16 years period (2007 to 2023) and they now want another 8 years.

They cannot have a day longer in charge of Nigeria beyond Buhari. I find Obi unfit as a leader but I will vote him and hope for a miracle, if Tinubu cannot win, than ever use my own hand to thumb print for Atiku or Kwankwaso. Not possible and not an option for me.

If not that some Southerners are shameless slaves, can Northerners ever accept 16 possible years of Southern rule without beginning to riot and burn down Nigeria?
