That will still continue. The only thing government can do about it is to develop organise way of taxing the commercial buses. Even if there is organised way,will the commercial buses pay without force? Traffic light wey police no dey dem no dey obey not to talk of making them pay taxes in organise way.

It's not Law enforcement that is harrasing the residents. It's the government Touts popularly called urchins.

Sanwo should note that we are smart. We understand the problem. He clearly is trying to avoid trouble by not mentioning the real culprits.
