Biafra can/will only be actualized when top Politicians (governors, senators, honourable....e.t.c) and business men/women from the southeast come out and voice their support....but I doubt this, na only youths deh carry placard up & down. Politicians and people in the industry helped actualize Catalonia from Spain.
