I'm planning separating from my husband. I'm taking the children along. I want to know if having custody of the children will be an issue. I'm a teacher. He doesn't work, and doesn't want to work. He doesn't provide for them, doesn't pay house rent, and he (and his family) sees nothing wrong with it. He is now verbally abusive, and I want to move before it gets physical.
