I don't know about others but i am going to speak for phyna.
Trust me, phyna has made more money than any level up housemates since the show starts and i am going explain it to you so you can understand.

Big brother franchise has now gone beyond management and endorsement.
Don't allow talk of management and endorsement deceive you.
If you are signed to a magement as I will ex housemate, all the deals and endorsement you will get, the management will take almost 70% of it.

For example if you signed an endorsement with a brand and they pay you 5 million naira.
Your management is taking 3 million naira and you are left with just 2 million naira.
Now that's for one year, the money gets smaller if it's for 6 months.
Some deals you see that some housemates signs are less than 5 million naira.
An influencing job like the one Tasha does is more bigger because she is under no management so any brands that signs her or any product she influence, she gets 100% the money.

A lady like phyna with that huge fanbase won't settle for a 70/30 sharing ratio from a management, that's like a slave deal.
