They see them through to the end, unlike their predecessors.

Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda are also pursuing nuclear power, though Nigeria is far ahead in the preparations for it.

oga shift jare, nigeria is far from matured, developed, and severely lack the basic factors to build, develope and sustain anything nuclear. Though, if they sincerely start now, maybe in the next 20 years, we may get the basic protocols on ground, that is if they did not even steal money meant for it.
