On this bad Tuesday morning, i went to MTN office to buy router and use my Kuda Card to pay on their POS. The first time It says declined but the second time it was approved. However, I was debited for the declined and approved transaction. It wasn't funny cos i had plans on the money. I lodged the complain that very day at the MTN office and also sent Kuda a mail about it. The MTN staff acted like fools and wasn't even moved about my complain. The old washed away lady that attended to me gave a false promise of reversal after 48hours . Nothing happened after 48hours which was on Thursday, I went back to MTN office and a mail was sent to their head office about the situation. However, I was told to wait indefinitely after been threatened that i should not come ask about the money except I am called on phone. Guys mind you, the error the declined transaction echo was "system Malfunction" it's from POS. I went back home very displeased on Friday which was yesterday, i receive a mail from Kuda that my account has been credited with the amount that was debited however they've not received any information about where the money is, cos the money is not with them so surely the money is with the bank linked to the POS which is UBA. Once they respond to them they will take an action of making sure they reverse the money and debit the money they credited to my account ..... However they credited my account with the money Incase I need the money ASAP. Nice one from Kuda!!

How long does it take to get the card?

I made a transaction on the 1st of November with my Accessbank ATM card on a POS machine. I was debited but it failed on the OPAY POS machine. Till this moment, my money has not been refunded to me.

Actually the card can take like a month. Once you apply for the card on your app but you won't pay a dime for the card and the logistics process. Infact the dispatch rider will bring the card to your doorstep and also call you when he's around. All this you won't pay a dime.

The card+logistics cost 2500. Even though they wont debit you instantly; but once your card is ready you wont be able to widthdraw oncw ur acc bal is 2500 or <

Don't mislead anyone here. Kuda Visa Card that I applied for and collected cost me nothing I remember that I spent every dime in my account. I believe you were charged for extra service or other things.

Maybe theyve stopped charging for the card. But i can still clearly recall the note while applying that it costs 2500.
And till now i cant spend the last 2500 in my acc

I'm sure they didn't charge you for the card cos I got my card early this year around March except if all this happened before then which I doubt. You can mail them for explanation about that. If the money was meant for card they would have debited you instead of leaving it to show on your dashboard.

I'm doing that asap. They should have an explanation for not allowing me withdraw the 2.5k

Contacted them and the CC said the card is 1900 and they'll release 600 for me Lol

Woow probably they just started that cos I wasn't charge for my card except for virtual cards.

Can anyone help me on what to do, I transfer money from my gtban account to kuda but the money I transfer is above my limit so the money was deducted from my gtbank but not yet credited to my kuda, after some minute I upgraded my account which was successfully and my limit is now unlimited but I haven't received the money into my kuda account. Can anyone help on what to do. Thanks
