See, I do not know Yahweh's history. But I personally assume that he may not be as bad as someone here might be trying to paint him. The lady Sisterfire has some personal grievances with him and she is trying to take her revenge by painting his reputation black and blue.

Yes, he is capable of miracles because he has more knowledge and more capabilities than normal human beings. Emphasis on knowledge. If you wanna be able to perform miracles yourself, you gotta read a lot. Read a lot of topics on Quantum physics.

To answer your questions concisely, yes the miracles may or may not have been performed by Yahweh himself. There are other extraterrestrial/extra-dimensional beings out there who can perform miracles too. I don't think that Yahweh would concern himself with taking credit for a miracle that he did not perform. It's just that he is a very popular deity/extraterrestrial so every miracle gets credited to him even if he didn't ask to be credited for them.

And if a particular extraterrestrial or extra-dimensional being wanted to be credited for a miracle he/she performed, maybe they'd say so?. Most extraterrestrials would latter that you don't even mention their name. Sometimes, they do want to be mentioned but the people who they healed might not be open to doing that since they might be ridiculed if they mentioned a name that many people aren't familiar with.
