No I didn't suffer from COVID-19.
Early February the Prostate volume was 51ml. And its 30ml

The PSA and The Urine Mcs result are out and I've taken it to the;

Doctor, he said;
PSA is normal.

And for the Urine Mcs, also Normal, no bacteria were visible, no blood trace as well.

He suggested that I should submit the Urine containing blood to the laboratory for another investigation.

This is a very simple and logical conclusion:
Hypertrophy plus erection results in bleeding.

Hypertrophy alone without errection results in no bleeding.

Now without an hypertrophy you will not bleed.

If you have bleeding now without any hypertrophy of the proastate then it is a case of post errectile trauma and you need to find treatment since it signifies a non healing wound that must not be allowed to continue.
If there is an unprovoked bleeding we can suggest an effective solution but now there is none bros.

A protracted injury will heal with scar and result in painful errection and stricture.

If yes try to find out why your proaste increased in size.
