Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is vengeful , he doesn't forgive. You see him begging everybody around now, he did the same when he wanted to become Lagos state governor. He became the governor and put everybody under him..This is the reason why Pa Adebanjo doesn't trust him till today .

Nairaland may be sued too since the platform is profiting from pushing this falsehood to the media and public space and not moderating the recklessness on its platform.

They should go and ask AIT and DAAR what Asiwaju Tinubu did to them for spreading falsehood about him during the GE J campaigns of 2015. They were almost bankrupt if Asiwaju had not forgiven them. They may not be as lucky as AIT and DAAR plc.

Ipob pigs were expecting the great Asiwaju of Nigeria to go so low and start responding to their mischievous and baseless tantrums. Tinubu is too big and wise to start responding to barbaric illiterates who believed Buhari died and replaced with jubrin from Sudan.

Tinubu's silence has made the illiterates to start infiltrating media houses to start spreading fake news and the useless Arise TV fell for their antics. They have started apologising for spreading fake news against the Jagaban.

Now, the Jagaban has seen a big fry worth his attention and he is going to use the TV station as a scapegoat. He knew his silence towards ipob illiterates will actually mislead some bigwigs into talking nonsense. Tinubu's trap don catch big meat.

Useless APC with their criminal Presidential Candidate and Boko Haram commander running mate.
When Keyamo and Oshiomole disrespected Atiku by saying he can't travel to USA and called him a cameron man, nobody took them to court.

We practice things anyhow in this country. Even a mere unbiased journalist practising neutral and all round complete journalism is so hard to come by in a country of over 200million humans. Very unfortunate.

When you decides to throw away your professionalism and neutrality which journalism is known all over the world because of Political affiliation, interest and for cheap validations/cheers from Obidients kids. This is what you get.

The repercussion of the court issue will be very small and minuscule compare to what will befall them after the election swings in Tinubu's favour next year. They should ask AIT how they found themselves now very useless and insignificant that even the PDP that pushed them into their doom by constantly sponsoring and using the medium to invoked hate and campaign of calmunies against Muhammed buhari in 2015 cant even go to them for sponsor or interview anymore.
Because of how useless they have become in the Political space, newsmedia and journalism world after Buhari started paying them back in their own coins.

Rufai Oseni and David hundeyin in Arisetv and BusinessDay respectively will ended up dragging the two organisation into a very nasty mud if they are not sacked immediately.

2023 is not far. A payback is always deadly. I just hope nobody cry foul when it finally started raining karma. What you sow is what you reap.

AIT that fell into the same error in 2015 had to apologize on their television station for good seven days. In 2022, apology should not be the solution.

One thing I've learned in life is to always concentrate my energy on positivity, so long as I've done my part whatever life brings forward will be easier to deal with .
I can't believe Atiku with his entourage went through all that stress in the USA just to get a document that isn't worth it and use it negatively after knowing it's worthless for their course.
Such kind of people are the ones that fund terrorism just to paint the government bad .
Healthy competition is what democracy preaches.

The Jagaban has sued their fathers before, but they prostrated and begged him for Out-of-Court Settlement. Witness the hereunder:

Tinubu, Dokpesi Settle N150 Billion Libel Suit

By

Yetunde Ayobami Ojo

06 February 2016   |   3:45 am

THE national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has agreed to accept the apology of the Chairman of DAAR Communications, Chief Raymond Dokpesi, and settle out of court with him in a libel suit he filed against Daar Communications Plc, owners of Africa Independent Television (AIT).

Tinubu took the decision to accept Dokpesi’s apology as settlement for the libelous documentary, “Lion of Bourdilon”, aired on Television (AIT) before a Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja yesterday.

Tinubu had on March 1, 2015 instituted a N150 billion suit against Daar Communications Plc, owners of AIT, for airing the said documentary, alleging that it was aimed at tarnishing his image.

At the hearing of the matter yesterday, counsel to Dokpesi, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) told the court that his client wished to embrace Alternative Dispute Resolution.

“My lord, we have come to court today to embrace ADR. Every war that is fought is always settled amicably on a roundtable. Both parties have expressed their desire to settle amicably based on the terms of settlement which My Honourable Lord has been furnished with.

“We reached the agreement to enable both parties to continue with the good relationship that they have always had. We have driven the devil away with a spiritual Koboko,” Ozekhome told the court.

In his response, Tinubu’s counsel, Chief Wole Olanipekun (SAN) told court of his client’s willingness to settle out of court.

Olanipekun said: “I align myself with the submissions and sentiments of my learned friend. I can also confirm that the terms of settlement, which was drawn up on January 29, this year, has been accepted by both parties.

“I also want to appreciate my Lord for her patience all through the duration of the suit. I also appreciate the Claimant who magnanimously agreed to settle out of court.”

After listening to their submissions, the presiding judge, Justice Iyabo Akinkugbe in her ruling adopted the terms of settlement and acknowledged that it has been filed before the court and duly signed by both counsel.

The terms of agreement includes a retraction of the broadcast by AIT; an apology by AIT which should be aired three times, once daily on AIT; and that the Claimant and the Defendant shall bear their respective costs in the suit.

Intimidation!. Tinubu is at liberty to join issues with those who are doing their legitimate duties as journalists. Luckily, our courts are no longer as murky as they used to be.

Another futile proposition that will finally seal the fate of his moribund campaign. When is he going to sue David Hundeyin?.

They no born Tinubu well to sue arise TV or any other media house. If he tries it he's gone because more EVIL about him will spring up.

He just want to cage the media with this useless threat.
