Real presidential debate will hold in January in a combined TV station, not this school debate that Arise TV was trying to force out of Tinubu.

Arise TV just wanted to use Tinubu to increase viewership, he simply did not oblige them.

INEC cannot make the laws of the land.

The national assembly can but would not.

No where in the civilised world are debates constitutional.

However, they can be important if the moderators would do their jobs and the podium is even.

None of these things happened with even your Obi stating so.

It's time we clip the wings of National assembly by making sure the corrupt parties don't win majority in NA, this will enable the masses to implement changes like making presidential debate compulsory for aspirants and putting it in the constitution.

APC and PDP led NA will never allow this to scale
