Update on this project guys, I got the approval for this project now we are working on the decking and I’m having issues with the quote I got from the welder for a 100sqm decking please y’all should help me cross check the quotation. The plan is attached. Note that the calculation is including the beams too.

Hello everyone! I'll like to bring to your notice, that Josephsm823 is a scammer. i contacted him on 8 November, 2022 to help me with PayPal withdrawal of 347$ which i was eligible by PayPal, after spending 180 days with PayPal. He told me his service charge percentage, which i agreed.
After giving him the details of the account, and he was able to withdraw the payment after 30minutes.Though the PayPal funds was sent out as Euro, maybe because it was an euro account, but he said it will be converted back to USD the next day after it drops. Which I've got no issue with. I messaged him 25 hours after, because i believed the funds must have dropped. He replied to my message after one hour, and showed me the USD equivalent. i was confused for a moment because he didn't ask me to drop my account details. i had to wait for him till evening, so i reached out to him about update? He said and i quote,

'Bro, no vex, I was in church. Na tomorrow afternoon we go sort everything. Abeg no vex for me.'

'You fit drop your account details'.

After which I dropped my Account Number!
I said to myself, tomorrow will be here in a jiffy. If i was able to wait for 180 days of PayPal, tomorrow is not a big deal.

I messaged him the next day in the evening, he sent a voice note that he was on the road, that he'll get home in 15 minutes. So he asked me to hang on, i asked till when?

He messaged me 9 minutes after, and wrote;

'Bro, I apologize for the inconveniences. Na God I take beg you. This kind thing never happened before. I'm still expecting my colleague to credit me till now but he's facing some technical challenge. By God's grace it won't exceeds tomorrow. I don't want it to seems like I'm playing you, I myself don't like to hold people's money but there's nothing I could do. Just give me benefits of the doubt till tomorrow abeg.
No vex for me, it just happened like this, this time.
Tomorrow, you go receive alert by God's grace.
Once again I apologize for the inconveniences.'

i got angry, but i didn't reply him. so the next day in the morning, i messaged him, and i had to quote his reply the first day of the transaction, and the second day, and i made it known to him, that I'm less concerned with his colleague running business with him.

i made him realized that I'm an Exchanger, if a payment has been made and confirmed, most especially PayPal; payment should proceed immediately. Because source no go send you if you encounter any snag after the transaction was made.
So he said and i quote;

'No just worry about any colleague, I go sort you since na me dey do biz with you.; Today you will get it' i said no wahala.

i messaged him in the evening about update, he sent a voice note, lamenting there's no solution yet, that the person needs to write bank, that he's broke, he just fix his car, asking if i reside within lagos, so we can meet up, that to feed sef na wahala as the economy is not smiling, blah blah blah. That there'll be headways on Monday. I sent him the screenshot i got from PayPal that the money has been completely transferred to the provided bank.

So he later said;

'The money don drop to the bank account, na the transfer the bank never drop.'

and i reminded him his bank snag no concern me. which he later said;

'I know, but no be exchange bro.. me too dey do exchange before I stopped for sometime now. I know person must take responsibility which I'm supposed to, cuz I'm not happy such amount of money is putting my reputation on the line like this.'

As yesterday was Monday, i waited till 3:06pm. After greetings; he didn't made mention of any update. Though i was busy, so i messaged him in the evening at 8:02pm and asked for update, he didn't respond. And i could see him online.

He messaged me this morning, giving excuses! Telling me this;

'Bro, good morning. No vex say I no update you yesterday. The money still no show and bank said if it didn't show latest today, it's likely going to automatically reversed and reversal takes about two weeks. Abeg, e no good as I dey post you. I'm not okay about it and the Money wey me myself dey expect never show. This kind of money no be something person supposed to dey give excuses for but I give all the glory for the present situation. I believe you've waited long for 180 days, abeg just wait small, give me between now till ending cus it's either it drops today or it reversed like I stated and the naira wey me dey expect never show. I no wan promise and fail again, that's why I say make you give me from now till ending. It won't exceeds this time frame cuz money no lose but if the money am expecting comes anytime,I will sort you asap.
I confirmed it's a general issue and I hope the money drops today but if eventually it didn't, then it will bounce back between now and two weeks. Just get patient for me till ending abeg. I no dey rest here abeg. If anything pass that ending, anything you like make you do me.
I'm so sorry for all the disappointment and I wouldn't want further disappointment.'.

I made it clear to him, he has no right to tell me.if I can wait for 180 days I'll have to wait for another two weeks, as today makes it a week I consulted him for his service, so literally he's asking for me to wait for 3weeks in total. And thereafter gives another lie. I'm done with his games.

He is partly right.marbles are loose stones, softer than most granites. They are more aesthetically pleasing though and more expensive. If you have the funds and your kitchen is not going to be heavily used, you can go for the Italian marble.
Just like what we used in this small kitchen.
