Not to mention, he can fly and Aquaman just can't. Aquaman is probably slightly better in hand to hand combat and they are on the same level in durability.

But I'm not saying that Namor will win 10 out of 10 tho. The drawback is that all his abilities weaken if he stays away from water for too long. So if Aquaman can find a way to keep him out of the water for long there's a chance there. But that would require the use of technology or external assistance na.

Even though Namor was weak from all the dehydration, he was still landing hits and he injured shuri badly. Shuri has Wakandan technology to thank tho.
