Learn not to distort facts. Yes soludo borrowed for the good of the state while obi managed what he got and invested some for the good of the state to avoid unnecessary borrowings assuming soludo took over from obi would he be borrowing in four months? I will take Soludo, Obiano, umeh and co serious if they can release the present state of the investments and the management of state funds under Obi. Better still report him to EFCC.

Well from my experience abroad and in working states in Nigeria, Government tackle Infrastructure and open investment to private individual, Government don't involve in Business like Groceries store outlets and Alcoholic beverage breweries
